Cancellations, Substitutions & Upgrades policy
Please note that Øredev does not offer refunds after the 11th of October. Should you wish to cancel your registration before this date, Øredev will provide a full refund.
If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place.
Already registered but now want to attend another day? Yes! Just send us an email and we’ll do what is necessary to make the changes.

Privacy policy
Øredev uses the information you provide during the registration for the conference only. We do not sell or in any way allow third parties access to your information.
When you register, you are automatically included on the conference mailing list, to receive our newsletter on the conference and other events arranged by Øredev.
Should you wish to stop receiving this email newsletter, just unsubscribe using the link located in the footer of the newsletter. You can change your details and newsletter options at any time by contacting us at info@oredev.org.
VAT
According to new regulations, from January 1, 2010 we must charge Swedish VAT (25%).
For a refund of the VAT charge, companies from countries within EU should contact their country's tax agency for assistance. For companies from countries outside the EU - You need to enter an application form and apply for your VAT refund with the Swedish Tax Agency (in Swedish: "Skattverket"). You will find necessary information here and the application form here.
Register
Choose a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 Day Pass and choose which day(s) you will attend when you register. The tutorial seats are limited so you have to choose them when you register.

The conference pass includes free access to all seminars and the exhibition area (and/or specified tutorials) on the days you specify. The pass also includes documentation, coffee and lunch every day, and dinners on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th of November.

If you want to attend a course (Mon/Tues) you must register for it in addition to the 'Day Pass'.

All prices are in Euro excl. VAT. If you don't choose to pay by credit card, we will invoice your company/organization after your registration. Our payment terms are 15 days from the invoice date.

Group Discount: 5 or more from the same company, save 20% on the regular price and the more you'll be, the more you'll save!
Do you plan to attend the conference together with your colleagues this year? The 2010 Øredev conference offers special savings when you register a group of five or more people from the same company. Please contact michael.tiberg@oredev.org about this directly. The group discounts do not apply to the courses.
